With deep experience across media, publishing, and sports, Heidi brings a unique perspective on how financial decision-making shapes the evolution of content, platforms, and fan engagement. Her background includes leadership roles at the NBA, Standard & Poor’s, and Wiley, giving her a well-rounded view of the shifting landscape at the intersection of sports and media.
James Ruth serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he leads the team's marketing and brand strategy. A former investment banker turned marketer, James has spent the last decade building progressive sports brands. Before joining the Buccaneers, he held leadership positions at Major League Soccer, including developing the Marketing Platforms group, and served as the first head of marketing for Austin FC, where his team crafted one of the league's most impactful brands. James earned his MBA from Columbia University and his BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
