Exec. Membership Agreement

This Exec. Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Exec. (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the individual member (referred to as "you" or "your") who agrees to become a member of Exec. By signing this Agreement for Exec. membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Eligibility:

  • You represent and warrant that you meet the requirements for Exec. membership, including holding a specific job title within your organization.
  • Your company size and your reporting structure meet the criteria set by Exec. for membership eligibility.

Code of Conduct:

  • You agree to abide by the Code of Conduct outlined by Exec. during your membership.
  • You understand that failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in appropriate actions, including warnings, suspension, or termination of your membership.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

  • You acknowledge and respect that all communications within the Exec. network are confidential and should not be disclosed without proper consent.
  • You agree to safeguard any confidential information shared within the network and use it for professional purposes only.

Membership Benefits:

  • As an Exec. member, you will have access to a range of benefits, including exclusive events, knowledge exchange platforms, Exec. network concierge, personal branding opportunities, and more.
  • You understand that specific benefits may be subject to change.

Membership Term and Renewal:

  • Your Exec. membership will be valid for a specific term, as outlined in the membership agreement.
  • Upon the expiration of the initial term, your membership may be renewed based on continued eligibility and compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

Termination:

  • We reserve the right to terminate your Exec. membership at any time for violations of the Code of Conduct or any other breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.

Ethics and Code of Conduct

Respect and Inclusivity:

  • Treat all members with respect, dignity, and professionalism, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs.
  • Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment that values diversity of thought, experience, and perspective.
  • Avoid engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of fellow members, acknowledging that all communications within the Exec. network are private and should not be shared without proper consent.
  • Safeguard any confidential information shared within the network, refraining from unauthorized disclosure.
  • Use any confidential information shared within the network for professional purposes only and with the understanding that it is meant for the benefit of the Exec. community.

Professionalism:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions within the Exec. community.
  • Conduct oneself with integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all dealings.
  • Refrain from self-promotion or actively selling one's own company or services within the Exec. network.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Foster a spirit of collaboration, sharing knowledge, and supporting fellow
    members in their professional and personal growth.
  • Actively participate in discussions, events, and initiatives, contributing
    constructively to the collective knowledge and development of the
    community.
  • Offer support and guidance to fellow members when appropriate and
    within one's expertise.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your respective field.
  • Refrain from engaging in any illegal or unethical activities within the Exec. network.

Responsible Use of Resources:

  • Utilize Exec.'s resources, including the member portal, events, and content, in a responsible and respectful manner.
  • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights when sharing or using information within the network.

Feedback and Resolution:

  • Provide constructive feedback to Exec. leadership for continuous improvement of the network.
  • If any issues or concerns arise, address them promptly and professionally through appropriate channels provided by Exec..

No Solicitation:

  • While members may naturally engage in business transactions or collaborations, self-promotion or active selling of one's own company or services within the Exec. network is prohibited.

Compliance with Code of Conduct:

  • All Exec. members are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct.
  • Failure to adhere to this Code may result in appropriate actions, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or termination of membership.

By accepting Exec. membership, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct, contributing to the positive and supportive environment of the network. You also acknowledge and respect that all communications within the Exec. network are confidential and should not be disclosed without proper consent.
